The impact of your donation
As you have seen, cow manure is the basis for all agricultural and forestry activities. And it makes an important contribution to missionary projects.

Current situation
Currently, the cows are owned by a local worker.He is forced to sell the cows. Tree of Life and partner Stand as One Ministry have the first option of buying the cows.The alternative is for the cows to go elsewhere. As a result, the farm at the training center must find a solution to match all the benefits that cows bring. This entails high costs, forcing ongoing programs to cut back or stop.
Cows as grazers are incredibly good at restoring and maintaining the arid land

Buying cows is a big expense. But not only that, it is also an opportunity! Opportunities to:
- Raise and sell cows in a sustainable way
- Slaughter old cows for meat. There is potential to use the drying center to vacuum-pack and sell meat
- Store and sell manure from the cows
The herd in detail
The total herd consists of nearly 200 animals. Tree of Life and Stand as One split the cost 50-50.
