The Salem Training Center in Cameroon offers various training programs. First, people are trained in the principles of sustainable agriculture. Participants can immediately apply what they have learned and share it within their local communities.

It is also possible to be trained as a trainer. Some work at the training center, while others start as trainers in their own communities. Participants come from the Bamenda region, other parts of Cameroon, and sometimes even from abroad.

Due to its success, the center now offers several training programs, including fish farming and livestock farming. Additionally, microloans are provided in the form of piglets. This enables impoverished people to generate an income by raising or selling piglets.
